ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT HAT IF NEEDED. IF FOR SOME REASON YOUR ORDER IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and major holidays. 


    Rude Awakenings cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs, etc.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

    We currently ship via USPS. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

    We currently offer USPS as a method of shipment. Delivery times can very but are usually 7-15 business days but can be delayed in customs. Total shipping costs is calculated by the size and weight of your package. To ensure your package is delivered seamlessly, always add your phone number and email address upon placing your order. We or USPS may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Duties/Taxes/Customs fees are NOT included in the shipping fees. Rude Awakenings is not responsible for any duty or custom fees which may incur. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be sent back to us and only the cost of the product will be refunded. Please note that your parcel can be delayed by customs. Customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for current charges because you order so you are not surprised when the package arrives.

    RETURNED SHIPMENTS

    Rude Awakenings is not responsible for returned shipments due to insufficient addresses. Some orders may be liable for reshipping fees.
